Once the slate roof is thoroughly cleaned and completely dry (which can take 24-48 hours depending on weather conditions), the sealing process begins.The choice of sealer is crucial. We use commercial-grade, breathable sealers designed specifically for natural slate.

Our specialized equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions penetrate deep into the paver's pores and joints. Next we carefully sweep in new, high-quality polymeric sand. This specially formulated sand hardens when activated with water, locking the pavers together, preventing weed growth, deterring insects, and enhancing the overall structural integrity of your paved surface. Once the pavers are thoroughly clean and dry, and the joint sand is set, we apply a premium-grade sealer that creates a protective barrier, extending the lifespan of your pavers.
